We offer COMPETITIVE & FAST DELIVERY within Australia usually within 2-5 business days. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be posted the next business day.
For standard Australian deliveries, if you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your Grubin's will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you.
The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
From time to time, you may purchase a pair of Grubin's that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience; Grubin offers customers in Australia a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy. This means that you can return or exchange your shoes under the condition they are unworn, in original packaging, and within 30-days of purchase to receive a full refund on the cost of the shoes.
Please do not wear shoes if they are unsuitable for you, as we will decline to offer a refund or exchange on shoes that have any signs of wear.
To ensure shoe boxes remain undamaged in transit, which is required for refund, please return your order with the shoe box bubble wrapped or within a postage box.
We are happy to offer free delivery to get your Grubin's to you, however we do not cover the postage cost for shoes to be returned to us.
