Returns Policy

From time to time, you may purchase a pair of Grubin’s that doesn’t suit you or simply doesn’t fit. At Grubin we offer a 30 day exchange policy, this means that you can exchange your shoes under the condition they are unworn, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit voucher or exchange in size of the shoes.

In case of any defect by the manufacturer, we are obliged to give you a credit note for a future purchase or to make a replacement for the same or some other desired shoe.

To ensure shoe boxes remain undamaged in transit, which is required for return, please return your order with the shoe box bubble wrapped or within a postage box. All returns enquiries are to be made via email to [email protected] before returning the shoes.

Getting the Size Right

We offer a Sizing Chart for your convenience, which we ask you to use. If the size of your shoe is not correct, then contact us to arrange for a replacement pair.
